I though have not seen your movies and shots, I am embrassed by listening a part of your interview in the website, an Afghan women is struggling for the Afghan women rights and freedom.
I am a Medical Doctor and I am doing my MSc. in Public Health, out of Afghanistan. In addition, I am studying about the feminist schools of thought as well as strugling the women right in Afghanistan. I have recently written a book abuot women right in Afghanistan, and working on it to be published.
We have the same goal to acheive women right in Afghanistan, but I see something in your art and ideas to be thought over before starting to work for women right in a country like Afghanistan. I would like to share our ideas and opinions to become fully equipped and influecing to the community easily. Otherwise, the people in Afghanistan especially men, will not accept us in this way, wihle our aim is to elimiate the violence against women either domestic or societal, not to encourage them for westenization. I really like cinema as a tool to advocate the rihgts, but let's think deeply, how many men who are violating the women are watching or letting their women to watch cinema. I never say, your selection is not fit, but it could be too long and challenging to achieve your goal in this way. Would you please drop me an e-mail to my address to communicate easily?
